$300 includes the first 25 miles after 25 miles $1 for every mile gets added on

We offer a traditional Blower Door Test which is emailed to the recipient, we will also keep the test for future references. We will leave the house how we found it and turn on any appliances that were turned off during the test.

Duct Leakage Testing

$350 includes the first 25 miles after 25 miles $1 for every mile gets added on

Similar to the blower door test, we set up and take down the equipment then send the certificate to the builder. We do not do AeroSeal (a duct sealing technology) therefore we do not guarantee a passing duct leakage test.

New Construction:

New construction has to be done at rough in / drywall stage for the cheapest pricing, because of many factors we can’t justify all houses to be the same price but you can expect a starting price at $1.50 a sq foot. For a more accurate estimate you can give us the plans of the house and address.

Existing Homes:

Existing homes are lots more work and similar to new construction, there’s too many factors to give a accurate price. You can expect a price about $3.00 a sq foot. For more accurate pricing you can give us the plans if you have them, and the address, we need the square footage to estimate a price.
